Recovering from an illness or injury?
Saunders Medical Center is here to help! SMC offers post-acute rehab services to help you recover from your illness, injury, or surgery to help you get back to your previous level of independence. After your short-term stay, those returning home can continue therapy, if needed, at our Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic. Often, you can be treated by the same therapists that treated you in post-acute rehab, enhancing the continuum of care. The Community Wellness Program is available to help you continue toward your Health and Wellness goals.
